DONATING SCHOOL UNIFORMS🎒 While having fun an DONATING SCHOOL UNIFORMS🎒

While having fun and teaching kids how to brush their teeth🪥, I couldn’t help but notice the conditions some kids are in: torn and dirty clothes, some without a uniform, mostly bare feet💔 I really felt for doing something, as uniformity is important to feel included and to avoid bullying. But here, uniformity is not a given. I want to do something about that💛

I spoke to the head-teacher and she can help me getting new uniforms for the kids in school. The costs of a new uniform; € 5,-👕

I am going to donate new uniforms for the kids in school and if you like to help me realizing as many new uniforms as possible, you’ll find a donation link in my bio👆🏻✨

Don’t feel obliged or pushed to help, just do it when you can miss anything💖 I’ll share photos of the kids in new uniforms when it’s realized📸 Thank you for your kindness💕

Refugee Community Kitchen🧡💛 I spent my East Refugee Community Kitchen🧡💛

I spent my Easter as a volunteer in the team of RCK in Calais, France. Here in the community kitchen, we prep incredibly delicious meals to feed the people who need it the most👩🏼‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳

RCK has an amazing, driven group of people that brings you on board of their team (spirit) in a few seconds and its so great to see how adaptive, professional and inclusive this organisation is. I would recommend anyone to join them, in 🇫🇷 or in the 🇬🇧 @refugeecommunitykitchen

Are you working for a brand in kitchen supplies or food and would like to help out? This non-profit organisation is a great partner to work with in making a difference🙌🏻⚡️
THANKS👍🏻 Thank you all so much for the incr THANKS👍🏻

Thank you all so much for the incredible donations you shared with me for Calais✨ Both in money and products, all we’re so welcome and 100% given to refugees in Calais! You can’t believe how happy they were in the warehouse with our share of donations: it was incredibly welcome💘
Especially mens jackets, underwear and socks were products they've been having low qties of, so very welcome. Thank you thank you thank you!

My dad's credo is: giving is worth more than receiving💭 I never understood this, until maybe 6 years ago (especially with 🎁 I never got the point of giving instead of receiving🙄). But nowadays, I understand him more than ever - and I share his view completely. Giving is a gift itself!

With this credo my dad is a regular volunteer for @voedselbankamsterdam 🧡 and he joint me last week in Calais as volunteer, to give help to others in any possible way. And he did it so dedicated and humble, it makes me PROUD!

Doing it together is double the fun + double the impact💥 It was such a special and fun experience to volunteer together with you, dad 💖 Thank you!
Ever wondered where your in-store donations possib Ever wondered where your in-store donations possibly end up? WELL HERE, at the refugee-distribution in Calais🙌🏻

I think this is such an amazing thing coming from Retail; they collect donations and they can pass-it-on in a sustainable matter♻️ Quality goods get re-used for the right purpose💫

This example of @soliverfashion brought the warehouse in Calais 4 containers filled with pre-worn but usable, quality shoes for refugees. To give you an idea; with 20 boxes of shoes, they can JUST provide refugees shoes for a month. A lot is needed and therefore, in-store collecting donations may be a great way to contribute to the refugee-crisis in Europe. Reward your customers with something cool in the store and you create a win-win-win situation😍

CHOOSE LOVE: I WILL BE HELPING REFUGEES IN CALAIS💛

I have always been distinct about my sympathy for refugees. Ever since I worked as a volunteer in Calais in France with @chooselove , no discussion or question about refugees went unnoticed or without me telling my side of the story (the things I saw there). It's been life-changing for me, back in 2018💫

Now, with the refugee-crisis more actual then ever, I have decided to go back and work for the refugee camps with Choose Love and RCK (Refugee Community Kitchen👩🏻‍🍳). We will be supporting them with needs such as warm meals, drinks, clothes and equipment to survive. For me, helping is the only way I really feel I can make a difference.
Would you like to support me and @chooselove in Calais? Due to transportation, I will bring limited amount of physical donations - but always welcome are:
* New socks in small (adult) sizes🧦
* New underwear in small sizes for men
* New small gloves🧤
I will also open a fundraiser here on IG. Your donation will be directly supporting the activities of @chooselove and @refugeecommunitykitchen in Calais, Northern France and their work to make the unbearable situation for refugees a bit brighter✨ Thank you in advance for all your LOVE💖

I'll make sure to report some of the work we do there, to give you an insight as well!
