WHY should I order a product at The Sunshine Journey Shop?

Because it’s the best and sweetest gift you can give to someone. But there is more! These products all have a good-cause: the sales fully support a charity in the country of origin. The raw materials of each products (mainly the beads) are bought during my trip for a fair price at local entrepreneurs. This way, the first step is taken to support the local economy. All items are hand-made at home under the right circumstances (music, a good cup of tea, nice company).

I selected the charity we donate to personally, through a personal visit. This way we know for sure the money we donate will end up in the right place and for the right purposes.

2. What about uniqueness of the products?

The Sunshine Journey prides itself on uniqueness and authenticity. Due to the handmade nature of our collections, the color and patterning will vary slightly from piece to piece. This makes our products uniquely charming and distinct from factory-made accessories. No two are exactly the same!
Imperfections are to be expected and appreciated.

3. How does it work with returns and exchanges?

The Sunshine Journey prides itself on handmade, uniqueness and authenticity. Due to the handmade nature of our collections, the color and patterns of the bracelets may vary slightly from piece to piece. This makes our products unique, charming and distinct from factory-made accessories. No two are exactly the same.

Imperfections are to be expected and appreciated. It’s impossible for us to exchange or return items, so please read the product descriptions carefully.

4. How does shipping and delivery work?

Delivery takes place within 1-4 working days with PostNL. Most orders are sent as regular mail and won’t come with a track and trace number. Would you like to receive a quick delivery? Or prefer to be able to track and trace your package? Please contact contact@the-sunshine-journey.com directly after placing your order.

The shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity of items you have chosen and the country you live in. They may vary based on the quantity of the products, but the goods will always be send in the most convenient way at fair costs.

5. What options do I have to pay my purchase?

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to complete your order at The Sunshine Journey. To pay for your order, you can use either IDEAL or Bancontact. All mentioned product-prices include VAT but are excluded from shipping-costs. They will be added to the total of your purchase.
