🎁Update ACTIE KLAASJE 2023🎁

We gaan geweldig! Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar voor alle lieve aandacht en donaties die we tot nu toe hebben ontvangen😍 Maar we zijn er nog niet! Er is meer nodig om ons doel te bereiken en daarom blijf ik hard werken om dit te realiseren🎁

Als je de actie wilt helpen, kun je een donatie doen via mijn GoFundMe-pagina (link in mijn bio✨). Daarnaast kun je ook een cadeautje uitkiezen ter waarde van 10 euro, dan stuur ik je graag een verlanglijstje en haal ik het bij je op🎁

Een andere manier om te helpen is door deze actie te delen via Social Media📱, het te bespreken bij het koffiezetapparaat op het werk☕, of je vrienden aan te moedigen om te helpen.

Als je een bedrijf kent of zelf een bedrijf hebt dat zou willen helpen, kunnen we samen iets speciaals doen om ons doel te bereiken💛

Recently @lovestoriesintimates donated their surplus items to @blijfgroep, which is an organization that provides shelter and support to vulnerable individuals and families.
I’m proud🌟 to partner the Blijf Groep with Love Stories a company that believes in giving back to the community💗

This act of kindness not only shows Love Stories' commitment to sustainability 🌍 but also their empathy towards those in need. The Blijf Groep is truly grateful for the generosity and the decision to work with this organization.

Thanks to the donation, they provided clients with much-needed items such as pajamas, underwear, slippers, and many other clothing and footwear items🧦👚. These items have been distributed, or put into our small packages for new clients who will come in.

I am proud to say that this collaboration has completed the circle of giving, and it would not have been possible without the support of Love Stories✨. Thank you all, team Love Stories, for the hard work and dedication towards making a difference in the lives of those who need it most❤️

Ook dit jaar zet ik mij weer in voor Actie Klaasje, editie 2023 🎁 En dit jaar pakken we grootser uit dan ooit. Want met de huidige tragedie in de wereld is het hard nodig - daarover vertel ik je hieronder meer.

WAT IS ACTIE KLAASJE?
Actie Klaasje zorgt er elk jaar voor dat kinderen die in een moeilijke situatie leven een sinterklaas cadeautje krijgen op 5 december, want helaas is dat niet voor alle kinderen vanzelfsprekend. Samen geven we cadeautjes aan kinderen in een AZC en een Blijf-van-mijn-lijf-huis🎁

HOE KUN JE HELPEN?
Deze actie is al jaren zó ontzettend waardevol en resulteert in glimlachen van oor tot oor! Maar dit realiseren kan niet zonder jullie hulp, daarom mijn vraag: doen jullie (weer) mee dit jaar?😁
Helpen kan op de volgende manier:

1. Je doneert 10 euro (via het linkje in mijn bio) en ik zorg voor het cadeautje namens jou. Ik koop het nav het verlanglijstje en pak het in voor de kinderen🎁 Ik zorg dat het persoonlijk wordt afgeleverd bij de kinderen in het @coa_azc_amsterdam of het @blijfgroep in de regio Amsterdam.
2. Je levert zelf een cadeautje in bij mij twv € 10,-🎁

ACTIE KLAASJE 2023 - THE AMSTERDAM EDITION:
En dit jaar pakken groter uit dan voorheen! Met alle tragedie die speelt in de wereld en mensen die op de vlucht zijn, zitten de AZC’s overvol en hebben ze letterlijk handen te kort. Noodzaak heeft voorrang in deze tijd, dus de leuke dingen verdwijnen naar de achtergrond.

Daarom ga ik het AZC in Amsterdam dit jaar helpen om de kinderen een onvergetelijk Sinterklaasfeest te geven🎁🎉 Ik zamel geld in voor een cadeautje voor ieder kind, maar wil bij deze ook een oproep doen aan organisaties en mensen die het leuk vinden om bij te dragen aan het Sinterklaasfeest: een klein gebaar kan al het verschil maken!

HELP JE MEE?
Uiteraard kun je ook voor meerdere kinderen meedoen. Weet dat elke cent van je donatie goed wordt besteed, erewoord 🙏🏼

En ken je een organisatie of instantie die iets wil bijdragen? Stuur me dan even een berichtje - er is volop nodig!

Over the past few weeks, I have been following the developments in Israel and Palestina with a heavy heart😢 I watch the news with tearful eyes. A mix of anger, sadness, frustration, and helplessness has dominated me the past few weeks. Inhumanity is what I see, something that I really can't wrap my head around💔 That's why my thoughts go out to all the victims, because this conflict only knows losers and unfortunately so many innocent victims. I dream of a good ending - although I know it's already too late for many...

Are you struggling with heavy thoughts these days? The following tips can help you to be kind to yourself:

🤗 Hold each other tightly: sometimes a hug can do a lot.

💬 Keep talking: you are not alone.

👂 Check in with others and ask the cliché question: How are you really doing?

📺 Choose the moment in the day you check the news. Maybe it's heavier for you right before you to to bed.

NL🇳🇱: Deze week is het de week van de strijd tegen eenzaamheid en dat is ontzettend belangrijk - niet alleen deze week, maar het hele jaar door! Helaas komt eenzaamheid veel voor in Nederland, maar gelukkig zijn er talloze manieren om ervoor te zorgen dat mensen zich minder eenzaam voelen😁 Samen zijn is namelijk leuk voor zowel jou als hen! Ik heb zelf gemerkt dat vrijwilligerswerk doen mij helpt om me minder eenzaam te voelen. De verbinding die je maakt tijdens de activiteit is iedere keer weer een verrassend element✨

Heb jij dit weekend wat tijd over? Breng eens een bezoekje aan het bejaardentehuis van je oma, doe boodschappen voor je buurman, stuur een lief kaartje naar een (oude) bekende💌 of zoek een leuke vrijwilligersactiviteit in de buurt op een van de platforms @amsterdamimpact @adamhelpt @nlcares @oranje_fonds @ympact020 @servethecity.amsterdam @eentegeneenzaamheid

Me and @diedevandijk did volunteer-work during a filmfestival in Amsterdam🎞️ We ran our own bar during @plukfilmfestival and helped at lots of other operational things! It was a lot of fun, mainly by doing this together as friends💗🎧

Volunteering at a festival is work hard, play hard! There is a good vibe, great music, lots of happy people and many social opportunities⚡️We found this V-work at @keescultuurvrijwilligers and there’s a lot more to try!
